Procedure

  1. In a high bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cilantro. Blitz until pureed, adding a bit of water if necessary.
  2. Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, cayenne and salt. Bliz again briefly
  3. Saute the beef cubes for a couple of minutes in the Instant pot.
  4. Add the vegetable puree and lock
  5. Select manual and set the pressure to HIGH. Cook for 20 minutes, natural relase
  6. Remove the lid and stir. Taste and adjust, adding more salt if you like.
  7. Serve wiht naan or rice, and perhaps some raita1.
