Prepare biscuit base according to separate recipe

Filling

  1. Stir orange juice into gelatine. Set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, orange zest and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour in gelatine mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Blend in cream.
  5. Pour filling on biscuit base. Cover cake pan. Refrigerate
  6. overnight. Decorate cake as desired before serving.
