Ingredients
- 450g whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 60g powdered sugar
- 120ml heavy cream
- 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2.5ml vanilla extract (½ teaspoon)
- Sweetened, flaked coconut, for garnish (optional)
Procedure
- Blitz ricotta, sugar, cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Spoon into eight small glasses or one big bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Sprinkle with flaked coconut, if using, and serve
