Nutty chocolate oatmeal

This is more like a breakfast or a brunch. Or perhaps late-night essay fuel.

  1. In the pressure cooker pot, whisk together 3 cups water, the oats, cocoa powder, and salt until all the cocoa powder lumps are dissolved.
  2. Lock the lid into place and cook on high pressure for 9 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
  3. Stir up the oatmeal, then stir in the nut butter and sugar to taste. Garnish with cream, nut milk, or coconut milk, and a sprinkle of flaky salt if you like.
