Caramel rice pudding

Procedure

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker. Rinse the rice and place into the slow cooker. Add the milk, sugar, caramel sauce and cinnamon.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2½ hours, or until the rice has absorbed most of the liquid.
  3. Serve topped with extra caramel sauce, and ice-cream and cream.
