Ingredients
- ¾ cup long-grain rice
- 3 cups milk
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ½ cup caramel sauce or topping, plus extra to serve
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice-cream and/or cream, to serve
Procedure
- Lightly grease the slow cooker. Rinse the rice and place into the slow cooker. Add the milk, sugar, caramel sauce and cinnamon.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2½ hours, or until the rice has absorbed most of the liquid.
- Serve topped with extra caramel sauce, and ice-cream and cream.
