Appelmoes

- A must-have condiment for stamppot-and-meat dinners. Next to the mustard.
- It is eaten cold.
- You can make this well in advance and store in small jars in the fridge or freezer

Ingredients
- 5 apples
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- optional: sugar or sweetener
Procedure
- Peel and core the apples and cut them into pieces
- Tip: if you put in some of the peel (and remove it afterwards) the appelmoes will become a bit firmer (because of the pectin in the peel)
- Put the apples with the water and the cinnamon in the instant pot
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick or slow release, does not matter.
- Use your immersion blender to make a smooth puree. Or use a fork.
- Leave to cool
