Use this to extend your meat gravy.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbs flour
- half glas of water (or white wine)
- 1 stock cube (beef or mushroom)
- Worcester sauce
Procedure
- Preferably, use the pan you used to cook the meat in. Just lift the meat out and store it somewhere
- Finely chop up the onion and fry gently on low heat until glassy and a bit sweet smelling
- Thinly slice the garlic clove, add to the pan and fry some more minutes
- Add the flour to the mixture and fry for one minute (at least). This is to get the flour taste out
- Slowly add the water, stirring all the while. You should get a thickened mixture. If it is too thick, add more water. If the mixture is lumpy, use your immersion blender.
- Add the stock cube and the Worcester sauce
- Add more water until the consistency is just right and heat
- Add the meat back in.
