Procedure

  1. Preferably, use the pan you used to cook the meat in. Just lift the meat out and store it somewhere
  2. Finely chop up the onion and fry gently on low heat until glassy and a bit sweet smelling
  3. Thinly slice the garlic clove, add to the pan and fry some more minutes
  4. Add the flour to the mixture and fry for one minute (at least). This is to get the flour taste out
  5. Slowly add the water, stirring all the while. You should get a thickened mixture. If it is too thick, add more water. If the mixture is lumpy, use your immersion blender.
  6. Add the stock cube and the Worcester sauce
  7. Add more water until the consistency is just right and heat
  8. Add the meat back in.
